Oracle Virtual box VM very slow

 Oracle Virtual box VM very slow getting hang

1. set base memory to 4 gb (50%) of your ram.

2. set video memory 32%.

3. Go to System -> Processor - set processor to 2 and execution cap to 40% and Enable PAE/NX 

4. Start VM.
