Measurement Point Cron Not generating Workorder

Reason can be

1. Job plan not active
2. Site is not enabled  for Condition Monitoring WO gen..
3. Admin Email or vars 'AUTOMPWOGEN', 'MPWOGENEMAIL', 'MPWOGENUSECRITERIA' not specified  or Log file  access for users is not there .
4. PM  not active.
5. Asset is not in desired status.
